SBI AUCTION OFFERING

1.SBI (Sertifikat Bank Indonesia)
SBI is a short term debt instrument issued by Bank Indonesia (BI). Interest on SBI is paid in advance by way of a discount to the par value.

    1, 3 Months (current issue 1 Month)
- Rate Calculation Method
    True Discount Basis : Proceed = Face Value x 360 where
                                                                    360 + (r x t)

                Proceed = Proceed of true discount
                Face Value = Maturity Value
                r = Rate of true discount per annum
                t = Number of days

2. Auction Procedure
Auction will be held each Wednesday from 08.00 to 14.00 hours and the results will announced by 16.00 hours, with settlement taking place on T + 1 (Thursday)

3. Tax
SBI's are subject to withholding tax to bilateral agreements. All KITAS holders regarding as Indonesia investors are subject to 15% and all offshore investors are subject to 20 % of withholding tax.

4. Administration
Investor must fulfill the application form becoming a member of DOF (Dongsuh Fixed Income Fund). Investor has intention to become a tenor for SBI, he or she is contact to us with verbal order or written order two days before Auction day. (Tuesday) The verbal order or written order must have been included as detail (i.e. amount, tenor) Investor should provide good value fund in PT. Dongsuh Investment Management Account one day before Auction date (Tuesday)

5. Settlement
PT. Dongsuh Securities will advise the investor immediately after the SBI tender result are announced followed by a written confirmation. (Thursday) Successful bid will be based on BI's Stop Out Rate (SOR) and target amount. The order will be prorated if partially accepted by BI. PT. Dongsuh Securities will retain the administration charge from investors account.

6. Maturity Date
Investor must confirm that he or she would extend the SBI's If investor does not comment any verbal or written notification of cancellation, the SBI's will be subject to extend automatically. For the case of cancellation, we will transfer the Investor's account with nominal amount of the maturing SBI's with designated accounts of our investors.
